WHOLESALE PRICING & Minimum Order Quantity

Minimum Order Value: 20,000 CZK per order

Bulk Order Discounts:

Orders above 50,000 CZK: 5 % discount

Orders above 100,000 CZK: 10 % discount

Orders above 200,000 CZK: 15 % discount

LOGISTICS & DELIVERY

Dispatch: Within 72 hours for ready stock; for unavailable items, delivery time is up to 3 working weeks.

Packaging: Secure, moisture‑resistant and export‑grade packing standards.

Shipping:

  • International orders: Shipping charges are added separately as per international standards.
  • Local orders (Czech Republic): Standard domestic shipping rates apply.

Exchange Policy (Defective Items Only):

  • Exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects or damaged items reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
  • Exchange requests should include clear photos and invoice reference for verification
  • Replacement items are dispatched within 7–10 working days after approval.
  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer unless the fault is on Kodzee’s side.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • No exchange for size variations or color differences due to screen display variations.

Request Catalog Updates: Reach out via WhatsApp or Email to receive the latest product catalog, new arrivals, and pricing updates.

Product Selection: Browse the catalog and share product codes, pattern numbers, and required quantities for each design.

Quotation & Confirmation: Kodzee will provide a formal quotation including product charges, shipping costs, and applicable bulk discounts.

Invoice & Payment: Once confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice and payment details. Orders are processed upon payment confirmation.

Dispatch & Tracking: After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link and shipping confirmation instantly via WhatsApp or Email.
